Alex Bodey is a culinary creative and cook who utilizes food, photography, and writing to center storytelling in the heart of every project he undertakes. His food is influenced by his Neapolitan upbringing and his childhood as a New Englander. He has lived and worked in Naples, Italy, New York City, and the Hudson Valley, drawing inspiration from the natural environments and people of each place. His cooking style is nostalgia-driven, where each dish has a story connected to a memory—a bridge to the past and a rope that connects him directly with the diner.
